Profiles

L Shapes

L Shape Profiles

Most common of all profiles is the L Shape. 300x300's 600x300's and 600x600's or any size you can think of. In many cases framing can be eliminated all together.

U Shapes

U Shape Profiles

How easy is this ceiling detail to assemble with U Shape profiles. Each section consists of 4 pieces of track screwed to the ceiling, 4 U Shape profiles screwed to the 4 tracks and stitched together at the corners with one 400mm vertical exy on each corner. Just imagine how difficult this would be to create with stud and track, plasterboard and exy's.

Internals

Internals

Pre folded internals ready to paint. It couldn't get any easier.

Z Shapes

Z Shapes

Z Shape profiles make ceiling height changes easy.

Top Hat Shapes

Top Hat Shapes

In many cases the raised centre part of the "Top Hat" shape requires no support, eliminating time consuming framing, not to mention not having to trowel two externals and two internals.

Multi Step

Multi Step

With nearly 700 exy's and 700 internals this feature wall would have been a nightmare. We made 800mm wide panels that were screwed onto a simple stud frame.

Window Pelmets

Window Pelmets

Window pelmets are simple with Z Shape profiles. They can sit on top of the window frame or but into the frame. When butting into a window head or mullion use square edge plaster to eliminate the stopping bead.

Fire Rated

Fire Rated

Double layer columns in two pieces, with one straight join on each side. We even stagger the joins.

Acute Profiles

Acute Angles

Sharp angles give a nice edge to a return air pelmet.

Obtuse Profiles

Obtuse Angles

Obtuse angles can be matched with acute angles to form intricate shapes.
